These terms apply when you use the Feed Zone website or create an account. By using the site you agree to them. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. One account per person.
• We may suspend or close an account that is misused, used fraudulently or breaks these terms.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Loyalty and rewards

When our loyalty programme launches:

• Points and rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
• We may correct points given in error.
• We may change or end the programme; we'll give reasonable notice and honour rewards you've already earned for a fair period.
• Points or rewards gained through fraud or abuse will be cancelled.

Runs, rides and events

• You take part at your own risk. Make sure you are fit and well enough, and use suitable, road-worthy equipment.
• Obey the rules of the road and the instructions of ride and run leaders. Group sessions are social, not supervised or coached.
• Some events have their own entry terms or waivers, which apply in addition to these.
• We may change or cancel a session, for example because of weather or safety.

Hours, menu and prices

We keep opening hours, menu and prices on this site up to date, but they can change. The price at the counter is the one that applies.

Partners and other websites

We link to partners and other websites we think you'll find useful. We aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Our content

The Feed Zone name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to us or to our partners. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Feed Zone isn't liable for loss or harm from using this website or taking part in runs, rides and events, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version above. South African law applies.
